Wie hou jou inligting<\/h3>

Die T20 Super Series word bestuur deur SSE EVENTS (Pty) Ltd<\/strong>, registrasienommer 2025\/418367\/07, van Winifred Yellstraat 453, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0081. SSE EVENTS (Pty) Ltd is die verantwoordelike party vir die inligting wat jy aan ons gee. WCS Fire is 'n borg van die toernooi en hou nie jou inligting nie.<\/p>

Wat ons versamel<\/h3>

Oor die speler:<\/strong> volle naam, geboortedatum, ouderdomsgroep, geslag en skool.<\/p>

Oor die ouer of voog:<\/strong> naam, e-posadres en telefoonnommer.<\/p>

Oor die inskrywing:<\/strong> seisoen, franchise toegewys, inskrywingsfooi en betalingstatus.<\/p>

Kinders se inligting<\/h3>

Elke speler in hierdie toernooi is onder 18. Ons versamel 'n kind se inligting slegs van sy of haar ouer of wettige voog, en slegs met daardie ouer of voog se toestemming. As jy onder 18 is, vra asseblief jou ouer of voog om jou registrasie te voltooi.<\/p>

Hoekom ons dit versamel<\/h3>

Om jou kind te registreer, hom of haar in 'n ouderdomsgroep en 'n franchise te plaas, wedstryde en uitrusting te re\u00ebl, jou oor die toernooi te kontak, en die betalingsrekord te hou.<\/p>

Met wie ons dit deel<\/h3>

Jou kind se naam, ouderdomsgroep en franchise verskyn op spanlyste, wedstrydlyste en telkaarte, wat openbaar gepubliseer kan word, insluitend op uitslagplatforms wat deur die toernooi gebruik word. Ons verkoop nie jou inligting nie en ons gee dit aan niemand anders vir bemarking nie.<\/p>

Foto's en video<\/h3>

Foto's en video word by ons wedstryde en geleenthede geneem. Ons sal nie 'n foto of video publiseer waarin jou kind herkenbaar is sonder jou skriftelike toestemming nie.<\/strong> 'n Aparte toestemmingsvorm word met registrasie verskaf. Jy mag weier, en om te weier het geen invloed op jou kind se plek in die toernooi nie. Jy mag enige tyd van plan verander deur ons te e-pos, en ons sal die beeld verwyder uit alles wat ons beheer.<\/p>

Hoe lank ons dit hou<\/h3>

Vir die seisoen waarvoor jy registreer, en vir vyf jaar daarna, sodat rekords, betalings en spelergeskiedenis nagegaan kan word.<\/p>

Hoe ons dit beskerm<\/h3>

Toegang tot registrasiedata is beperk tot die mense wat dit nodig het om die toernooi te bestuur. Geen oordrag oor die internet is heeltemal veilig nie, en ons sal jou dadelik in kennis stel indien daar 'n sekuriteitsbreuk is wat jou inligting raak.<\/p>

Jou regte<\/h3>

Jy mag ons vra wat ons oor jou kind hou, ons vra om dit reg te stel, of ons vra om dit uit te vee. Jy mag enige toestemming wat jy gegee het, terugtrek. Daar is geen koste om te vra nie.<\/p>

SSE EVENTS (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for the information you give us. WCS Fire is a sponsor of the tournament and does not hold your information. What we collect About the player: full name, date of birth, age group, gender and school. About the parent or guardian: name, email address and telephone number. About the entry: season, franchise allocated, entry fee and payment status. Children’s information Every player in this tournament is under 18. We collect a child’s information only from their parent or legal guardian, and only with that parent or guardian’s consent. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian to complete your registration. Why we collect it To register your child, place them in an age group and a franchise, arrange fixtures and kit, contact you about the tournament, and keep the payment record. Who we share it with Your child’s name, age group and franchise appear on team lists, fixtures and scorecards, which may be published publicly, including on results platforms used by the tournament. We do not sell your information and we do not give it to anyone else for marketing. Photographs and video Photographs and video are taken at our matches and events. We will not publish a photograph or video in which your child is identifiable without your written consent. A separate consent form is provided with registration. You may refuse, and refusing has no effect on your child’s place in the tournament. You may change your mind at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the image from anything we control. How long we keep it For the season you register for, and for five years afterwards, so that records, payments and player history can be checked. How we protect it Access to registration data is limited to the people who need it to run the tournament.
