The series promises to transform the playground into a vibrant arena of camaraderie and competition. Young athletes will gather in teams, eager to showcase their skills and passion for the game. Creating an electric atmosphere. with thrilling matches and unforgettable moments, this event will strengthen bonds and ignite aspirations.
What we do
SSE Cricket Institute has achieved much success since inception in 2006. We are the premier Cricket Academy in South Africa and are the first academy to be affiliated to Titans Cricket Union and Cricket South Africa (CSA). We are extremely proud of this and take great pride in developing young cricketers from around the country. Several international and national players have attended the SSE. We now have an official Junior Academy,(started in 2022), which is run by our coaches at the senior academy. We also have access to specialist coaches in the respective disciplines.
About The Tournament
Tournamnet
- We will have six Franchises available in this tournament which has been endorsed by Titans Cricket Union.
- There will be one previously disadvantaged team per age group, that will be sponsored to develop cricket.
- The format will be a T20 format with the top two teams playing in the final and a third place play-off.
- 468 Players for the Boys will take part in the tournament, as well as coaches and managers of the respective teams.
- Each Franchise or age group will have a maximum of 13 players. These players will be rotated, to give each player an opportunity to play. 13 Players will also allow us to always have a full team on game day as and when a player cannot play due to personal circumstances.
- The girls tournament will only have 2 age groups, and provisionally only have one team per age group. This can change as popularity grows.
- Several sponsors will be part of this prestigious tournament.
- We aim to grow cricket and give exposure to all ages through this tournament
- The venue for this tournament will be Pretoria based, and the location will be confirmed once all registration has been completed
Girls Tournament Format

This includes:

Match Fees
All clothing will be manufactured by a specialist cricket clothing manufacturer. All clothing including a cap, shirt and trouser will be embodied with our sponsorship partner’s logos. Each shirt will have the players name and or surname displayed high at the back of the shirt.
