HOW REGISTRATION WORKS
REGISTER YOUR CHILD
Individual entry — no team needed. Boys and girls, Under 9 to Under 19.
TEAM ALLOCATION
Every player is placed into one of the six franchises. Date: TBC
GET YOUR KIT
Entry includes clads, shirt, cap and trousers in your franchise colours.
PLAY
April – July 2027, weekend match days, Titans-accredited umpires and scorers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER
Your child’s details and date of birth · parent/guardian contact details · school and age group. Payment details: TBC.
Refund Policy: Entry fees are refundable in full until the player’s clothing order is confirmed with the supplier. Once clothing orders are confirmed, no refunds will be entertained.

Who holds your information
The WCS Fire T20 Super Series is run by SSE EVENTS (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/418367/07, of 453 Winifred Yell Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0081. We are responsible for the information you give us on this form.
What we collect
About the player: full name, date of birth, age group, gender, school.
About the parent or guardian: name, email address, telephone number.
About the entry: season, franchise allocated, entry fee and payment status.
Why we collect it
To register your child, place them in an age group and franchise, arrange fixtures and kit, contact you about the tournament, and keep the payment record.
Who we share it with
Your child's name, age group and franchise appear on team lists, fixtures and scorecards, including on CricClubs where results are published. We do not sell your information and we do not give it to anyone else for marketing.
Photographs
Photographs and video are taken at matches and events. We will not publish a photograph in which your child is identifiable without your written consent. A separate consent form will be sent to you. You may refuse, and you may change your mind later.
How long we keep it
For the season you register for, and for five years afterwards, so that records, payments and player history can be checked.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may withdraw any consent you have given.
