T20 Super Series
The history of cricket school festivals dates back to the early 20th century, with origins rooted in the desire to promote sportsmanship and community engagement among youth.
These festivals were established to not only provide a platform for young players to showcase their skills but also to instill values of teamwork and fair play. Over time, they evolved into vibrant celebrations that blend competitive matches with cultural activities, engaging students, families, and local communities in a festive atmosphere.

Background
SSE Cricket Institute
The SSE was founded in 2006 and has established itself as the premier Cricket Academy in South Africa. It is proudly affiliated with Titans Cricket union, and Cricket South Africa, which underscores its commitment to excellence in cricket development. The academy focuses on nurturing young talent, fostering their skills, and preparing them for the competitive world of cricket. We now have an official Junior Academy,(started in 2022), which is run by our coaches at the senior academy. The Academy is proud to have Ladies cricket players involved in all aspects of the Academy.
About The Tournament
We will have six Franchises taking part in this tournament.
There will be one previously disadvantaged team per age group, that will be sponsored to develop cricket.
The format will be a T20 format with the top two teams playing in the final and a third- place play-off.
468 Players will take part in the tournament, as well as coaches and managers of the respective teams.
Several sponsors will be part of this prestigious tournament.
We want to grow cricket and give exposure to all ages through the tournament
