Privacy Policy – T20 Super Series

Who holds your information
The T20 Super Series is run by SSE EVENTS (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2025/418367/07, of 453 Winifred Yell Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria, 0081. SSE EVENTS (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for the information you give us. WCS Fire is a sponsor of the tournament and does not hold your information.
What we collect
About the player: full name, date of birth, age group, gender and school.
About the parent or guardian: name, email address and telephone number.
About the entry: season, franchise allocated, entry fee and payment status.
Children’s information
Every player in this tournament is under 18. We collect a child’s information only from their parent or legal guardian, and only with that parent or guardian’s consent. If you are under 18, please ask your parent or guardian to complete your registration.
Why we collect it
To register your child, place them in an age group and a franchise, arrange fixtures and kit, contact you about the tournament, and keep the payment record.
Who we share it with
Your child’s name, age group and franchise appear on team lists, fixtures and scorecards, which may be published publicly, including on results platforms used by the tournament. We do not sell your information and we do not give it to anyone else for marketing.
Photographs and video
Photographs and video are taken at our matches and events. We will not publish a photograph or video in which your child is identifiable without your written consent. A separate consent form is provided with registration. You may refuse, and refusing has no effect on your child’s place in the tournament. You may change your mind at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the image from anything we control.
How long we keep it
For the season you register for, and for five years afterwards, so that records, payments and player history can be checked.
How we protect it
Access to registration data is limited to the people who need it to run the tournament. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will tell you promptly if there is a breach affecting your information.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may withdraw any consent you have given. There is no charge for asking.
